Driving Skills and Sustainability: KEAD’s Carisma Project Continues
This year, the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities (KEAD) continued its efforts to support practical training and sustainability through community engagement.
On 16 May, KEAD donated two used vehicles to Gyeonggi Technical School for students in the Department of Automotive Maintenance. The donation aimed to promote resource recycling while enhancing hands-on vocational training for future technicians.
The vehicles will be used in classroom practice to improve students’ technical skills and job readiness. This initiative is part of KEAD’s long-term CSR program, the "Carisma Project," which recycles retired vehicles for educational purposes.
Since 2021, KEAD has donated a total of 21 vehicles to the school. The agency emphasized its commitment to creating social value by transforming disused resources into training assets for the next generation.
