APEC Digital Education Policy Delegation Visits Guro Digital Training Center

In September 18th, the APEC Digital Education Policy Training (ADEPT) delegation visited the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities’ (KEAD) Guro Digital Training Center. The visit brought together education policymakers from 10 APEC member economies, offering them an opportunity to observe Korea’s advanced disability employment and vocational training policies in action.

During the visit, the delegation experienced cutting-edge digital training environments and customized vocational training programs, gaining firsthand insight into how Korea supports the employment and skill development of persons with disabilities. Delegates praised the comprehensive support system and recognized Korea’s model as a benchmark for inclusive employment policies across the APEC region.

This visit served as an important opportunity to showcase KEAD’s achievements on the global stage, while also strengthening cooperation with APEC member economies in advancing inclusive education and employment initiatives.
