Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information The Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities (hereinafter referred to as “KEAD”) collects and uses the minimum personal information necessary for the operation and distribution of its English newsletter and for purposes related to external cooperation. The collected personal information will not be used for any purposes other than those stated below. Purpose of collection and use: - Operation and distribution of the KEAD English Newsletter and utilization for external cooperation activities 2. Items of Personal Information Collected To ensure the stable operation of the English newsletter service, KEAD collects the following personal information: - Required items: Name, Organization, Email address 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information KEAD retains and uses the collected personal information for a period of three (3) years from the date on which consent is given. Once the retention period has expired, or if consent is withdrawn, the relevant personal information will be promptly destroyed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Retention and use period: - Three (3) years (Personal information will be destroyed without delay upon withdrawal of consent) 4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information.
